Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, store credit, or refund only when accompanied by a receipt, all boxes, laboratory reports, warranties, and watch components. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser in the form of the method of payment received within 10 days of the purchase. Jewelry and watches which have been worn, sized, engraved or otherwise altered items, as well as special order, or custom designs or merchandise which have been sold as final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. If the item does not arrive as described or is damaged we will fix the issue and ensure you are satisfied with the resolution. Insurance on the returned items will be at the buyer’s discretion. Please allow additional 10 days for refunds in the form of a check, which shall be issued from our corporate office. Within 30 days of purchase, merchandise may be exchanged for store credit (with one year expiration). Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit only.
Free shipping for purchases over $1000.00 in the continental United States. Purchases under $1000.00 will incur a flat shipping fee of $30. We do not provide International shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
