Our Rolex History
Eiseman Jewels, NorthPark Center Dallas, is proud to be an Official Rolex Jeweler in Dallas, selling and maintaining Rolex watches since 1989. Our exclusive Rolex showroom features a Rolex-trained technician and an extensive range of Rolex timepieces.

The Beginning – 1963 – 1970’s
Newly married to Dallasite Louise Freedman, Richard D Eiseman, known as “Dick,” settled in Dallas and began his journey to become an icon in the jewelry business. In the early 1960’s, Eiseman owned the fine jewelry departments in Titche-Goettinger, which was at the time, one of the established high-end retailers in the state. Throughout the 1960’s and 1970’s Eiseman’s in-store salons expanded to 14 stores located in Titches, Joske’s and Balliets throughout the Southwest.

The Next Generation – 1980’s and 1990’s
Louise and Dick’s son, Richard Jr., learned the business at his father’s side, even earning his allowance by stacking watch boxes at the store, and has unofficially been a part of the business for all of its history.
In 1980, Eiseman Sr. moved his salon to Frost Brothers where he operated until 1988 when Frost Bros. closed; however, Eiseman Jewels maintained a storefront in NorthPark Center.
Eiseman Jewels proudly became an Official Rolex Jeweler in 1989. Soon after, in 1990, Eiseman Jr. created a 1,250 square-foot independent salon and moved into the company’s current location in NorthPark Center. As one of the original tenants of NorthPark Center, Eiseman Jewels is proud to be an anchor to one of the most important locations in NorthPark.
After his father’s death in 1996, Richard Jr. along with long-time associate Jerry Goldwyn, forged ahead with a continued vision of the family namesake firm.
In 1997, Eiseman Jr. became president of the company and since then, alongside a dedicated team of talented associates, has enjoyed many milestone moments.

Celebrating Five Decades and Rolex
In 2014, Eiseman Jewels celebrated its 50th anniversary by unveiling its newly redesigned and expanded salon, located in Texas, which included a Rolex Shop-in-Shop.
A highlight also included its induction into National Jeweler magazine’s Retail Hall of Fame.

60 Sparkling Years
Eiseman Jewels announced its 60th anniversary in May 2023 with plans for 60 acts of kindness in support of North Texas’ charitable community. As well, Taylor Frank was announced as president of Eiseman Jewels, only the second person outside the Eiseman family to hold that title, with Eiseman Jr. retaining his role as CEO.

As part of Eiseman’s 60th year, Dallas’ premier family-owned jeweler redesigned and expanded to three adjoining boutiques. The nearly 6,000 square foot- salon celebrates the brand’s history while also exemplifying its innovative and forward-looking stance in the contemporary retail landscape.
