Merchandise will be accepted for exchange, store credit or refund only when accompanied by a receipt, all boxes, laboratory reports, warranties, and timepiece components. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original purchaser in the form of the method of payment received within 10 days of the purchase. Within 30 days of purchase, merchandise may be exchanged for store credit (with one year expiration) and may be subject to a restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges and will not be reimbursed for the original shipping costs. If the item does not arrive as described or is damaged, we will work with the client to accomplish a satisfactory resolution. Insurance on the returned items will be at the buyer’s discretion.

Jewelry and timepieces which have been worn, sized, engraved, or otherwise altered items, as well as special order, or custom designs or merchandise which have been sold as final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow an additional 10 business days for refunds in the form of a check, which shall be issued from our corporate office. Gift recipients are entitled to non-refundable merchandise credit only.

All Certified Pre-Owned timepieces are subject to a $1,000 restocking fee, provided your timepiece meets our return standards listed above.

Free shipping for purchases over $2,500.00 in the continental United States. Purchases under $2,500.00 will incur a flat shipping fee of $50. We do not provide International shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. For security measures, Eiseman will keep confidential all tracking information related to your purchase and shipment.
