By placing an order for the TUDOR Pelagos 39 FBI Custom Edition through Eiseman Jewels, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility This offer is exclusively available to current and former Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Special Agents and Professional Staff Employees. Eiseman Jewels reserves the right to request documentation or other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility prior to acceptance of any order.

2. Ordering Window Orders will be accepted only during the designated ordering period of August 1, 2026 through August 31, 2026. Orders submitted outside of this period may not be accepted.

3. Purchase Limit Purchases are limited to one (1) timepiece per eligible individual.

4. Pricing The purchase price for the TUDOR Pelagos 39 FBI Custom Edition is $5,625.00 USD plus applicable sales tax.

The price includes:

• TUDOR Pelagos 39 FBI Custom Edition timepiece
• Custom dial design
• Custom FBI commemorative case back engraving
• Personalized engraving (if selected)
• Premium customized TUDOR travel pouch
• Additional TUDOR rubber strap
• Manufacturer warranty

Pricing is valid only during the official ordering window. Any future production runs, if offered, may be subject to revised pricing.

5. Payment Terms Full payment is required at the time the order is submitted unless otherwise authorized in writing by Eiseman Jewels. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed.

6. Personalized Engraving Eligible purchasers may request personalization of the case back engraving.

Permitted personalization options include:

• Initials
• Badge Number
• Credential Number
• Date

Personalized engraving is limited to a maximum of eight (8) characters. Purchasers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all personalization information submitted. Once production begins, engraving requests cannot be modified.

7. Production and Delivery This is a special-order custom project manufactured specifically for participating purchasers. Production schedules are subject to approval, manufacturing capacity, customization requirements, and other factors outside the control of Eiseman Jewels. Delivery timing has not yet been finalized and will be announced at a future date. Estimated delivery dates, if provided, are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

8. Final Sale Policy Because each timepiece is custom manufactured and may include personalized engraving, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds, or order modifications will be accepted after the order has been submitted and payment has been processed.

9. Non-Transferability and Resale Restriction This project has been created exclusively for eligible members of the FBI community. Purchasers agree that the timepiece is intended for personal ownership and enjoyment. Orders may not be placed on behalf of third parties, dealers, brokers, resellers, or commercial entities. Eiseman Jewels reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order believed to be intended for resale or commercial distribution.

10. Product Variations Images, renderings, presentations, and mockups are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur between depicted images and the final delivered product, including but not limited to engraving appearance, packaging details, travel pouch embossing, and other manufacturing-related elements. Such variations shall not be considered defects.

11. Manufacturer Warranty Each timepiece includes TUDOR's international five-year transferable warranty and is subject to the terms and conditions established by TUDOR. Warranty service and after-sales support may be coordinated through Eiseman Jewels or any authorized TUDOR service center.

12. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eiseman Jewels shall not be liable for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, shipping carriers, governmental agencies, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

13. Privacy Information submitted in connection with an order will be used solely for order processing, fulfillment, warranty administration, and customer service purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders Eiseman Jewels reserves the right to reject, cancel, or refund any order if:

• Eligibility requirements are not satisfied;
• Payment cannot be verified;
• Personalization requests are inappropriate or inconsistent with project guidelines;
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected; or
• The project is modified, suspended, or canceled by the manufacturer.

15. Acceptance of Terms Submission of an order and payment constitutes the purchaser's acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
