From designer Temple St. Clair, these 18k yellow gold Leone Cavallo door knocker style earrings from the Tree of Life Collection feature lion motifs with round orange sapphires set in the eyes with a total combined weight of 0.12 carats. Diamond-set circular drops hang from the lions' mouths, while additional brilliant-cut diamonds accent the forehead of each lion. The 32 round brilliant-cut diamonds have a total combined weight of 0.43 carats and are graded G-H color and VS1 clarity. The earrings are secured with posts and friction backs.
